Process & Timelines
After your initial enquiry (WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form), we schedule a scoping consultation to understand your objectives. We then issue a detailed proposal with scope, timeline and fees. Once the engagement letter is signed, delivery begins, followed by reporting and a follow-up phase.
Timelines vary by scope and division. A focused advisory review can take 1–2 weeks; a full research or policy engagement typically runs several weeks to a few months, depending on complexity. We always agree a timeline upfront.
